our impact

We exist because a better world is not only possible, it's necessary. Whether you are a corporate citizen, social enterprise, not-for-profit or intergovernmental cooperation space, we believe in partnering with you for positive change. Our holistic  Systems Thinking approach to problem solving means any of our services can be tailored, blended and streamlined into a single multidisciplinary service package to meet your needs. All our people come with an average of 17 years direct industry experience. We have been in your shoes and endured countless consultants who were so siloed in their speciality area they didn't understand how it impacts other business areas. At rathana.org we understand how one element of a strategy, organisational plan or initiative can impact other areas of importance.  We think and act holistically. We build solutions. We ignite hope. We co-create change with you.

"On every step of our journey to transform how UNICEF delivers change for children, Ben’s support has been critical — from building the internal capacity of our team in HQ, to facilitating volunteer engagement workshops in diverse countries around the globe, to providing mentorship and coaching as we navigate the myriad challenges an ambitious initiative invariably faces. There’s no question Ben has helped UNICEF unlock the power of people to improve the lives of children."

our work

At rathana.org we understand that being a change-maker means every day is different. There is very rarely ever a straight line to victory. Sometimes all you need is someone to review and edit a small sections of your work, sometimes you need a thought partner to innovate big new ideas with you and sometimes you just need someone you can trust to carry the weight of a project so you can focus on other priorities. Our co-creation philosophy means exploring problems and building solutions together with our clients to develop individually tailored programs, processes and products that help you and your organisation unleash your full potential.

our genesis

The word rathana comes from the ancient and sacred language of Sanskrit, one of the first languages that emerged as humankind moved from sensing into sense making.

It is often misattributed to simply mean gem stone in contemporary use of the word. Its origins however means the shine of the gemstone. The essence that transforms what is essentially a rock into something that captures the imagination of the heart and mind -- as if you were holding the restorative power of sunlight itself.

This meaning is one of the foundations of the Rathana Sutta, a Buddhist group meditation chant that has been practiced for thousands of years when we seek to combine and call out our collective good intentions into the world to rid it of despair -- a call for the healing and transformation of our world.

At rathana.org we embody these positive intentions within our heads, hearts and hands. We are passionate, dedicated and committed to co-creating a better world with you.

We are a SECNA registered Social Enterprise with reporting verified and published by Good Market.
